Q. What is a "Purchased Coupon?"
A. A Purchased Coupon is a discounted coupon obtained from companies such as Entertainment Deals, Weekly Plus, Groupon, etc.

Q. Can I use my Purchased Coupon on any computer service?
A. Your Purchased Coupon may be used on any service or repair for a computer PC, Mac, or laptop. For example, services may include virus or spyware removal, repairs (parts not included), general maintenance, system cleanup, speeding up a slow computer, software installation, diagnostics, computer upgrades, etc. A Purchased Coupon cannot be used for parts, shipping, or sales tax.

Q. Where do I drop off my computer?

Computers may be dropped off at any one of our four convenient PostNet partner locations in the Northeast Valley featuring the Computer Alliance poster in the window.

Q. How do I go about redeeming my Purchased Coupon?
A.
After receiving your confirmation code from a coupon company such as Entertainment Deals, Groupon, etc. call our office and let us know you are bringing in your computer or laptop for service. When you arrive at one of our PostNet drop off locations, you will be given a claim form to fill out with your name, address, and nature of the problem. You will receive a claim check and your computer will be processed for prompt repair! Purchased Coupons must be redeemed within six months from the date of purchase.

Q. Do I need to bring anything with my computer or laptop to be serviced?
A.
When dropping off a computer, bring the computer box (tower) only! Do not bring cables, keyboards, mice, etc. When bringing in a laptop, bring it with the power cable only.

Q.What if the repairs needed exceed the value of the Purchased Coupon?
A. Some computer services may require extra repair time if the damage to the computer is severe. With a Purchased Coupon only, you will be given a one-time discounted repair rate of $49 for an additional repair hour.

Q. How long will it take to repair my computer?
A. Repair times can vary depending on various factors. For example, a computer severely infected with multiple viruses or will not boot may require a longer repair time. We can determine that once the computer is on our bench. Typically, repairs can be completed in one to two days. We will call you if the repairs will take longer.

Q. Can I bring in a computer from my office for repair?
A. Personal or Business laptops and computers are eligible to be serviced with your purchased coupon!

Q: After you remove viruses from my computer, do you guarantee they will not return?
A: Unfortunately, no person or program can guarantee a computer will not become infected with spyware or viruses. However, we are proud to say that once we have serviced any virus infected computer, it receives a clean bill of health before leaving! Naturally, a computer using any Microsoft Windows operating system should always be using an anti-virus program.
