Before bringing in your computer:
1.) Call us at so we are aware that you need to drop off
a computer for repair.
2.) Disconnect all cables, keyboard, mouse etc.
3.) Bring in ONLY the computer, laptop or tablet unless asked to do otherwise.
4.) Write down the exact problem you are experiencing.
5.) Include your name and phone number where we can
reach you.
A technician will call you with an estimate for the
repair.
